Course Description: This advanced module, “How to Compose Music for Therapy 1 – Advanced,” is designed for individuals who seek to deepen their understanding and skills in composing therapeutic music. Led by Cristina Simion, an accomplished singer and experienced music therapist, this course is part of the Erasmus Plus project “Music Therapy and Psychological Methods for the Recovery from Trauma, Anxiety, and Negative Emotions of Ukrainian Refugees.”
Throughout this course, participants will explore sophisticated techniques and methodologies for creating music tailored to therapeutic contexts. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the psychological and emotional needs of individuals recovering from trauma and anxiety, particularly focusing on the unique experiences of Ukrainian refugees.
